Reasons why I can't grow up.
I love Princesses, Disney, pink, and fairies, way too much.
I am directionally challenged. (Not kidding, I still have struggles getting to Wendy's)
I don't know how to use a bank.
I don't know how to put gas in my car.
I don't have a car.
I want to collect Princess/Troy Bolton Barbies.
Yesterday I asked my ortho to make me a new bright pink retainer with Tinkerbell on the top.
I need a Job.
On our cruise, I got more excited about dancing with Mickey than the little kids did. (they didn't let me... they said I was "too old.")
I am not excited to move away from home.
I'm almost graduated, and my 7th grade brother and sister are a foot taller than me, and my 10 year old brother comes up to my chin.
Wrinkles scare me.
***I'm sure adult life will be just great once I get the hang of it, but for now, I'm still going to be a 6 year old little girl at heart, who will never know what it's like to be 5 feet.

It's poetry time!
My dear friend had to write an english essay on music and life, so it inspired me to write this. I didn't feel like doing financial lit today, (when do I ever?) so this is what I did instead :) It kind of reminds me of August Rush (if you haven't seen it, go watch it now)...
Music is life.
It’s a little baby’s giggle,
It’s the happy squeals of children on Christmas,
It’s the last bell ringing for school when you're finally free,
It’s a sincere compliment from a friend,
It's the rush of a beautiful waterfall,
It’s the praise you receive when you accomplish something great,
It’s your little brother when he sleep talks,
It's your dance teacher saying "go get em," right before you get on stage,
It's a soft creak in the forest,
It’s the fast cars driving by on the freeway,
It’s the rain pitter patting down your window pane,
It’s the gentle clicking of a computer,
It’s the tears and sniffles from your sorrows and joys,
It’s the sound of your phone ringing when you need a friend the most,
It’s the sweet autumn breeze blowing across the trees,
It's an "I love you,"
It’s the silence of the first snow,
It’s a soft sigh after a long day of hard work,
It’s the announcing of a sale on your favorite apparel,
It’s the clip clop of your high heels as you walk to church in your favorite dress,
It’s the snap of the camera when you capture that perfect moment,
It’s blowing a kiss to someone you love,
It's laughing with your bestest friends,
It's all around us.We just have to listen. :)
